I’m a registered psychotherapist based in Vancouver and practicing across BC and Ontario. I work in the moment, I work with the body, and I work in playful ways. I notice how our nervous systems orient within the space between us, and I incorporate mindful practices to ground the sessions. Using metaphor, humour, and creativity are helpful ways to explore deep emotions that can be challenging to face.
My practice is rooted in the following modalities: relational psychotherapy, emotion-focused therapy, IFT, humanistic, somatics, and self-compassion. I hold certifications in Breath Awareness, Restorative Justice, Conflict Resolution, and am currently completing a Creative Writing Certificate in Creative Non-Fiction.

In my spare time I enjoy walking my Husky, doing collage, writing, thrifting, and hiking.
